Approve Flow Ticket Step

General ticket approval (approve/reject). This is a legacy endpoint, superseded by the new ticket-approval endpoint; new business should no longer call it.

Request parameters

  • Required: action (Action), comment (Comment), stepId (stepId)
  • See each field for its format, allowed values, default behavior, and business meaning.

Result

On success, the endpoint completes the described business operation. See the 200 response schema for returned data.
